Relationships by Objectives
RBO (Relationship By Objectives) is a process where employees work together in identifying and evaluating quality of worklife issues. The RBO process reaches a consensus as to what action should be taken to implement the suggestion or resolve the issue. This process is designed to build trust, understanding, and mutual respect between all participants. RBO focuses on a positive, proactive approach wherein all ideas, suggestions, and proposals are considered for approval and implementation. Team members are treated equally during all phases of the RBO process.
